Hi, Name's Wargamer!
I'm technically not a Dragon, but I am the owner (if that can be applied to a 60ft living flamethrower) of Atlantis, an Evadian Green Dragon (sadly they are no longer found wild in Evadia, but some can be found further afield). Do I qualify?

The types of dragon I know of are shown below:
1) Common Dragon: Approximately 60ft long and quite common compared to other Dragons, there are many types including Evadian Green, Tundran Grey (Breathes Ice instead of fire, almost completely immune to cold), Imperial Red Dragons and Hylian Gold (Sadly no-longer found in the wild, but are rumoured to live now on Latainia).
2) Drake: Approximately 40-50ft long and noticably weaker than other types of Dragons, Drakes are commonly favoured by High Elves as they are both fast and agile. A Drake commonly used by the Empire and Evadia is the Vulcanian Firedrake, found at Firedrake fell, who's breath is far hotter than normal dragon fire.
3) Grand Dragons: These are generally larger, stronger and smarter than common dragons, and often possess the ability of Human or Elven speech. The dragon Smaug from JRR Tolkien's 'The Hobbit' is probably an example of this breed of dragon...
4) Draco Rex; Bahamut: These mythical dragon kings have never actually been sighted, but legends say that they were once found in Evadia. They have supernatural powers and can destroy entire armies in a single blast. No solid evidence is currently available...

Besides the right to own a living flamethrower? No idea. You'll have to ask Draco...

I'll ask Joanne's Donut Shop but Warmaker is right. The Dragonhouse gives you the right to use your flamethrower anywhere as long as there isn't excessive killing.

May I curl up against your warm hide and sleep?
The Pernese dragons don't mind. Do you?
