Eating cold egg fried rice and some home made bread, sat in front of the PC. I know I shouldn't be online, but frankly, I was bored.

I used to be until I worked out it was what was making me put on so much weight. So how do you make home made egg fried rice then (for wheni next have a carb craving )?

For some reason, it doesn't make me put on weight. I eat it all in moderation : as opposed to pigging out. And I rarely eat anything with high levels of fat now. Fat is my enemy. It's working. Oh, and lots of sit ups too.
Recipe : boil the rice, beat an egg or two. Shove in some peas somewhere. When the rice/peas are done, put them in saucepan/frying pan, and mix in the beaten egg.
I think that's how it's done. I don't make it myself.

I made it by beating an egg or two with a bit of milk, some soya sauce, and some veggies. Add lots of cold rice and fry. Mmmmm.

I don't know what it is with me and carbohydrate, but we definitely don't get on. Last year I was cooking for my 3 housemates every day (who were all men) and they had to have carbohydrate at every meal and they seemed fine on it, but I just balloned. Now I don't eat carbs, I've been shrinking at a rate of knots (well almost )

You have to mix it with the right things - vegetables, chicken, fish are my favorites. All in moderation and things even out. At least that is how I work! Problem is, everyone is different.
