I've been called "thin," but it was less "spritely" and more "gaunt." Or "underfed" is the word my family liked to use.

As I am an old f*rt as well, I have heard of only Marilyn Manson and Linkin Park, of all the music you mention. I have to say I hope Linkin Park's 2nd album does *not* dive bomb! My son loves Hybrid Theory and Reanimations, while I just stick with Hybrid Theory.
Saturnine Posted Jan 4, 2003
There shall be no praising of Linkin Park here!!
Begone foul demon!!!
Well, their Remix album did *so* well...blew me away...*arf*
The sooner that kind of rubbish is shoved in some corner and forgotten about, the better...brings shame on us all...shame I tell you...shame!!!

That's not all, young woman, wait til I started praising Bobby Darin, Spandau Ballet, Shakira and Creed...
Jimmy wants to know if the 2nd Linkin Park album is out there in the UK yet. He says it was supposed to be out here by the end of 2002, but no sign!
Saturnine Posted Jan 4, 2003
Tell Jimmy to go and get some decent music taste...
The remix album was technically their second album, and apparently it was s**te. Apparently they are working on their next album now. Although most people know they are manufactured, so really it should be their *record company* is working on it *arf*
It would come out on both sides of the sea at around about the same time...they are a US band after all.
Why do I know so much about them...
DA ; Simply Vicky: Don't get pithy with me! Posted Jan 4, 2003
Jimmy says he feels it was sh*te only because LP had little to do with it.
My comment is, excuse my igorance, but "linkin Park - manufactured?" Jimmy just refuses to believe it, and I am surprised myself.

I am older and wiser and have been in this whole culture for longer than little Jimmy methinks. No real alternative fan takes them serious. Boyband with added distortion...
*adopts old person tone*
In my day, the younger fans respected the older fans. When we passed in the street, we smiled and send out psychic waves of respect...in my day, little kids weren't allowed into gigs, and I had to sneak in...
Bah humbug.
