well I guess so far so good. I just discovered this nugget of knowledge last night in the wee hours. So far I've got a list of 20 books I must read NOW!!! and I learned a little more about androids. I have yet to go through the whole site but am wondering something... I assume there is no chat system?

He writes about the disc world a strange place like middle earth but with laughs.
The disc world books are about diffrent things like wizzards*witches and Death(the person)and the guards(like the police force)
But all with a strange diffrence like Death a sad lonley person with a horse called Binky and a grand daughter called Susan.
The night watch guards who live in a city were theres a thiefs guild an assassins guild and the unseen university(were the wizards call killing someone promotion.
In the first book he had the first disc world camra when opened inside was a imp with an easel.
Some of the books are about well known storys with a twist but others are about things like hollywood fariy tails and vampires(in one book there is a vampire that likes flash photgraphy but tends to get burnt when the flash goes off.
All in all the books are very funny and they have even given h2g2 a few researchers Greebo t cat and Granny Weatherwax are both from the witches books.

Alright...thank you for enlightening me. After I read this I discovered that I have picked up a few of his books along the way. One was the Wyrd Sisters. So I decided I'd give it a go. I received, as a gift, a book today called Basket Case by Carl Hiaasen. The cover is intriguing enough. I've never read any of his work so I do hope that it's good...ever read?
