No, seriously. I'm sure that's what anyone who talks about moving there hears from the people they tell.
I know people who moved there and had a great time. Except when one of them looked out the window one fine September morning to see a plane flying off course - she really did. I can't even imagine what it must have felt like to SEE that happen...
