Terminatrix

For Seasonal Affective Disorder you need light boxes and melatonin but spring is here now so you should be feeling better and able to get set up with the kit for next autumn/winter.

Sorry ifthis was supposed to be an ironic thread.
There was not much to judge by.

The Honest Courtesan

Even the sun doesn't seem to help at the moment. I can cope with it up until I am alone and then it takes hold and is so hard to shake off. I know I ought to start taking the drugs again but I cannot cope with lethargy. smiley - sadface

Gnomon - time to move on

Any sort of depression can be fought with the brain. It's not "all in your mind", drugs can help, but a healthy attitude is much more important. Be with people. Even if they are people you don't particularly like, it's better than being alone and letting your mind get into a state of depression. Join a singing group, go to night classes, get involved with an organised religion, take up karate, anything will do.
