Can't get back into this work thing!

About 3 weeks ago I went back to England for my sister's wedding. Had a great time, but can't really get back into this work thing again. It's not that I have nothing to do, but there is no power there anymore. Even the ideas have all dried up.
Any ideas?

I know the feeling, I'm back at work today after 2 weeks and have absolutely zero motivation!!
If you come up with any inspiration (apart from chocolate!!) let me know!!
Then I can waste more time reading that then doing any work!!
