*reciprocates bowing and scraping in gratitude*
Here have a fresh piece of gum - that one doesn't look too healthy!
(You realise you've committed yourself to keeping this thread going for at least a little while, don't you?!!!)
I wish it was snowing here. It's all melted now

Thanks for the fresh gum.
*sticks old piece back under throne for later*
I'm always willing to sacrifice my day in an effort to make my friends the top posters!! I may need to wash some laundry in between postings... that is, if it's all right with her majesty. *bows*

Seventh - but not doing very well because I keep getting distracted and reading loads of threads and then not posting or making long serious postings that take a long time!

I hate to see people ruin perfectly good conversations in order to make the top spot. Often, it's just a bunch of one smiley posts. I'd rather just talk... mostly about nothing, in an interesting way. If I make a top spot, great... if not, oh well... looks like I'm doing very well today!

Yes I agree - must try not to get carried away. I find it quite frustrating when people post only single smilies although I must admit to doing it sometimes. I can't bring myself to just breeze in somewhere, make an irrelevant post and then leave - it seems rude!

*wxnders what Avenging is doing here...*
hehehe...
I hate irrevelent posts... posting just to reach the top 10 list drives me crazy... but then again, maybe I am a hyprocrite cuz I used to do it back in the day before it was just natural for me (as in normal The Theory account) to be on the list 24-7...
peace.

I do it when I have nothing to say in order to acknowledge someone else's comment... it's nice to leave a laugh or blush on occasion. I agree that finding such a post can be a disappontment to the recipient, though. I find it hard to keep up with answering all my posts. It's so much more fun to talk back and forth like we are now.
