I'm honored that you liked my name enough to post, Skyes.... there's no need for apology.
The origins of Avenging Washcloth? Well, having read Hitchhiker's Guide, then thinking about the book's towel emphasis while trying to come up with a name for this site.... well, this one sprang to mind. Besides, the name "Unmentionable Marauding Pillowcase" was already taken... that one cracked me up.
Thanks for stopping by and welcome!

There's nothing happening in my corner of the world, and that's the way I like it. I work very hard on doing nothing, very slowly.
I'm in Ohio, USA -- in the vicinity of Cleveland -- and I'm older than dirt. Sorry to disappoint.
I'm sorry to hear that you've been ill. Do you expect to be let out of there soon?

Ouch! That sounds painful!
We're even, since I've never been to Wales either.
What's it like here? Ummm.... I live in a small city surrounded by rolling farmland and forests of trees that turn bright hues of red, orange and gold in the autumn. We have cold winters with thick blankets of snow at times. Spring here is as green as green can possibly be, and it is filled with flowers. Our summers are sometimes hot and they can be humid... but we have fireflies to watch each night at dusk.
Life here is probably much the same as it is anywhere in the western world. We have jobs where we are employed, which is really just another name for slavery.
I'm a middle-aged woman who works as a digital graphic technician at a small decal manufacturing company. We make decals for everything from race cars to railroad cars, as well as many large murals for professional national sports stadiums -- among other things. I've been doing this job for the past 15 years and I'm bored out of my mind!
I hope you are feeling better and healing nicely by now.

Well i did step into the street. I'm out now though. Still having psych treatment but i'm fine!

I live in a big city surrounded by mountains and the sea. (mountains on one side, sea on the other. Outsidwe the city it is so beautiful. You can see the swirls of the galaxy!
I'm a slave too. Big slave of slaveyness. need a better job, am stuck in a dead end monkey job because i have no qualifications!!
I'm an 18 year old male who is working as something you really don't want to know about. Been doing it since before i was 16, illegal i know but it pays well. Getting out of it slowly. as well as working in a corner shop part time.
I'm still sore but i'm free.
What have you been doing with yourself?
