h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

so tuesday was brian's birthday. all in all a pretty good day. i got to cook him a big dinner that worked out, and thankfully i had the beginning of the week off, so the house was nice and clean in time for the fam to come over. zoe hung out with me in the afternoon, and she even decorated the cake. it looked great. brian said he had a good day, so for that i am very glad. the only hitch in the whole evening was the fact that two days before when we threw this get together together, he said he didn't want to have friends over. the night of the party, though, troy called out of the blue. for those of you who stumble across this entry and don't know him, you're lucky, he isn't a nice person, and i will leave it at that. i won't get into what a sleaze he is. well he didn't even remember it was brian's birthday, but brian invited him over just the same. well i know that brian's mom and sisters really do not like troy, and i was not happy with the idea of my parents having to meet troy either, but over he came just the same. well there were no big disturbances thankfully. after everybody else left, i just went into the bedroom and read. i just really wish brian remembered what i said when we first moved in here. i said i didn't mind too much if he had troy come over, but i didn't want to be here when he was. we he was here, and he was here late, and brian had to work the next day. brian had a good bday, i just didn't get to finish my plans for him for the evening if you know what i mean.
