I just thought I'd help you pray for rain for the bushfires. We need rain too. Although most of ours are out, too much has been destroyed.

And I've been slap bang wallop in the middle of Sydney a lot recently. Did you see me? One time I was sitting on a pile of luggage trying to read "2001: A Space Odyssey" and a Harry Potter magazine at the same time, and the other time I was jumping out of a powered boat going at full speed in the Harbour (fun!!!!).

You should have told me that you were in Sydney - we could have maybe met up!

I'm in Bondi - so no worries about the fires here - unless someone's pizza oven goes up

We couldn't have met up 'cos there were no adults around, only a whole bunch of idiotic kids (me included). I found a phonebook and tried to look up "Fesior" so I could ring you up . Some people asked me the name of my friend I was looking up but I said "I don't have the faintest clue - why should I know their name?"

Glad you're away from the fires and I'm not addicted 'cos this place isn't addictive for me anymore and it gives me the creeps (I wrote a journal entry).

G'day Niwt - read your journal Must say that I was a bit surprised but then, at your age you SHOULD be finding lots of different things to try - so try not to get addicted to anything - but taste lots - it's the only way to find out what you enjoy most.

But I must say that you have been missed
I haven't been around much either - sort of been doing regular flying visits - pressure of w*rk and that sort of thing

Looks like there might be another meet on in March - but it's in the same pub - wish that you could come

Other that that all is pretty much the same .... life goes on ... both virtual and RL.

I only just recently noticed that it was Feisor not Fesior. I knew that it was Friendly Entity In Search Of Relevance but I also knew that that spelt Fesior. So...sorry, I bet I've spelt it wrong heaps of times.

I was in Sydney again! Rather near to Bondi, in fact. I shall have to keep up to date with the Aussie & NZ Researchers page to see if I can make it to a Sydney meet. Although I'm not sure what I'd do there.

The Sydney researchers are a friendly lot - drop in on one of the threads and get to know them - you'll like them - just watch out for Cheesecake (or whatever she's calling herself these days) - lovely girl but quite mad
