Tonights the second visit after a two week gap caused by illness and time constraints. It's cold and dark and i'm not really up for it at the moment, shoulder aching plus head full of nasal congestion.
Think this going to be a 'kill or cure' session... will update tomorrow if still alive.
Hope it's not busy ...people tend to go more this time of year. Like Christmas it's all 'last minute madness'to get in shape.

It was'nt busy
Deadlift 80kgX5,90kgX5,100kgX5,110kgX5
Seated shoulder press 35kg X10, 40kgX8,X8,X6
x trainer level 12 for 20 minutes.
Overhead cable pulls 31kg 3 sets of 6
Seated press 55kg 3X10
A little nasal iiritation whilst doing the cardio but apart from that it was a good session

Busy weekend no chance of making the gym, so had a 'before work' session today.
Strange being in an empty weights room on own.
Deadlifted 110kg, 100kg and 80 kg X 8 reps.
Hammer curls, inclined flies a few bp's and lateral pull downs followed by 15 minutes rowing on concept II for the cardio.
All that and still in work 15 minutes later than normal

It's hard to go to the gym before work but it's better than not going at all.
Actually Deadlifted 120kg as part of a pyramid lift , various other weight training, but no cardio (out of time).
Wondering if some of the aches experienced are onset of Arthritis<sadface)

Did you know that Tia Chi increases bone density, well that's according to our teacher anyway.
