I am submitting this entry for peer review as there are no other entries on this subject that I am aware of. This is my first attempt at writing an entry, so I would appreciate any feedback or constructive criticism ( go on, I can take it! ). This is a subject that I have a lot of experience of, and I look forward to writing more detailed entries on the various different aspects of this activityin the future. Ta V much. Otter
