Wjh? I did some research and came to the conclusion that either I am in the significantly less than 3% of global population to naturally have a single transverse palmar crease *and* an epicanthal fold or someone in the roots of my dad's bonsai family tree had Down syndrome. They're both pretty unlikely and I'm not sure how I feel about it.

A single transverse palmar crease is the scientific name for the simian crease which is that instead of having two lines that run across my palm I have one very deep one. I also have very thick palms. An epicanthal fold just means olive eyes, like Japanese people have. I'm not Japanese. Both these things occur naturally but are very rare, they are also both traits of Down syndrome and they can also be caused by a few other things. I've ruled out the other things so either I'm a statistical freak, or there is some Down syndrome genetics at work. My dad had the same but his family tree is practically non-existant so I have no way of figuring out which it is.

That's what I did too. Went 'darn sarf' for a bit. Came back to hull. I'll probably get bored and toddle off somewhere again at some point but I'm happy here for the time being.

My sister is in university at liverpool. I still haven't been across to see her.

I'm a regular and staff (if you can use that word to describe someone who spends more than they're being paid) at the lamp. My friends manage it and have also managed the Welly, at verious points, and Pave for a while. Which Pubs do you like?
