Skelligsbro,
I posted the previous before noticing your 9th Oct journal entry.
I offer my best wishes.
I have a couple of friends who have been similarly afflicted. One is now pretty much OK. He is the one who was prepared to talk about it. So, for what it's worth, my experience suggests that you are heading in the right direction.
I wish there were more that I could do, and obviously there are others who feel the same.
My thoughts are with you and yours.
