One thing i can't stand in restaurants

Is the cook or waiter/waitress forgetting to not include a certain part of the dish. For instance, last weekend, I decided to try something new and get a tuna sandwhich, but noting that there was pineapples in it, I asked for them not to be included because I find them disgusting, and when I bit in, I found three million little pineapple chunks excessively littered about the sandwhich. I hope that you find help in my annoyance to somehow include include.
