I cannot seem to work today, simply thinking about what happens next in this crazy world after the suicide crashes in New York. I tried to lose this train of thought in my meditation but as soon as I leave the concentration of those times, the thoughts come back. Why do so many people harbor so much hate? I played a little extra with my cat to let him know I loved him, and called my family. I hope that good comes out of this.
