A Conversation for Terrorism

You must be crazy...

Moatas; Muse of American Ways

After reading your 'insightful' review of the '9/11' attack in the US, I have come to several conclusions about it; The first is that no, the problems of the world are NOT the US's. But sadly, they do become so due to inaction of European governments. Everyone saw Hitler coming to power and knowing he was big trouble. No one in Europe did anything and then it was too late. The US was able to rally freedom loving countries like America and their peoples to victory not only in Europe, but against the Japanese as well. Just as everyone saw Saddam come to power and knew, and knew he was trouble for the entire world, not just Jews and non-Arabs. Lots of useless talk, but no one did anything about it until he invade Kuwatt. Again, the US formed a military force with allied nations and repeled the Iraqis.
To think that you can talk reason with people who hates you for your relgion, for your very way of life is just crazy, insane, stupid and missing the point of their attacks, competely as is the way of the average European that believes the world turns around them. Such arrogance. They don't want to talk, they want to kill everyone who isn't 'them' or won't bow down to them and live by their rules. You, your children, your parents, your friends, if you have any, etc. Is a picture starting to form for you, yet?
Arafat had his chance for peace while at Camp David during the Clinton Adminstration. He was given everything he was demanding plus a few things more, but he turned it down. Why? Because then he would lose power and it wouldn't get rid of the Jews. Just like they were offered their own country the same time the UN help to create Israel.
Go look it up while the freedom to do so still exists in the world.
However, I do agree with you on one point. The US people didn't think an attack could happen here and we probably didn't do as much as we might have before. The terrorists were goated on by the US governments response or lack of response on attacks on US properties and personel. This led them to believe that any attack on US soil would be met with the same way; Nothing. Sure, there would be a lot of talking, a couple of more useless UN resolutions, but nothing would be done. Former President Clinton, who was in office at the time during many of their attacks, went to school in Europe, had adopted their ways: inaction against a clear and present danger. Most in the US believe if Al Gore had become president, no real action would have been taken by his adminstration either.
I've noticed also that everytime Israel does something to defend itself, Europe talks against it. But everytime Israel is attack, there is talk how about 'that's too bad' and 'the people on that bus weren't a threat to no one', and that's as far as it goes. Next week, it happens again and again and again. Next time Israel does something to defend it's people or boarders, shut up. Get with the program and start fighting terror. Israel's distruction would be only the first if the Terrorists get their way. You know it, I know it.
Enough said.
