well, i sprained it this morning, and i can still just walk on it, but it has been getting worse all day. i've had an x-ray on it and fortunately i haven't fractured the bone.
on the plus side, i have tomorrow of school now!

I sprained my ankle a couple years ago when i was playing basketball. It was a 3rd degree sprain which is the worst you can get. I tore all of the liguments(sp?) in my ankle and had to walk around with my foot in a boot all winter and in to spring.

Spook I had to tell someone about this but I have just found out something really cool about guide-ML . Go and click on to my page and look at the "BBC i" thing in the top left hand corner of the page, and you will see something is covering the "i". Tell me what you think ?

I was going to get it to do some sort of scrolling marquee which would have been really creepy, but it wouldn't work for some reason. Still I didn't think you could do anything like that.

I can't now, because I've got to go back and revise, but I will do . Have you seen anything like that before?

Take a look now . I don't want to seem too big headed but that has got to be pretty good. Do you think I should become a Guru now?
