ISPs - any suggestions?

We've been with o2 for a while now and have problem after problem with them. Now, who can recommend a decent ADSL ISP that doesn't throttle and has a very generous (or unlimited) download limit?
Don't suggest BT or Virgin cos we've been with them 
ISPs - any suggestions?

I used Eclipse before I switcjed to Talk Talk. When my contract is up with Talk Talk (who are useless) I intend to switch back to them.

Don't think I've heard of Eclipse. Is it a London thing?

I think they're actually based in the West Country - bringing employment to an area that's not terribly well served by service industries. They have UK call centres.
