For those of you who are going out to have a good time, I hope you have just that. We're not going out this year so while we sit in the comfort of our own home sipping champagne and watching Still Game and the Hootenanny we may just spare you a thought - well, it's more likely I will cos I won't be getting as pished as 'im downstairs

I didn't bother having a drink. It's so sad to open a bottle of wine for one person - no matter how much I try, I can't drive J to drink!
