A purple one would have been nice, but I got a dark blue one and that's nice too

Bah, they're as nothing compared to the iCan'tbelieveIpaidthismuchforanmp3player which you can get in a whole range of colours... well white or red and black.

It is not cooler, it might seem that way to people living in the third world, ie everywhere north of Litchfield and south of Dumfries.

I won't buy an ipod because I think white is a stupid colour for something that's going to have commuter fingers all over it most of the time (newsprint, pollution, heck knows what from touching the seats 
) and because of the problems some people have with the batteries.
I'm only resisting getting something else because of the amount of blank minidisks I've paid for. I can't waste all that!
