It wouldn't let EV either for some reason. He hit the 'Support' button but even though he's logged in it said he needed to set up an account

I just got unknown error.
EV might just need to accept the terms for that site, rather than set up a new account.

Great! I tried to post to the site, it asked me for my first and last name, I told it Mind your Own Business. And it still didn't work.
So I went back to U290 and it let me do it with that one.

I think you'll have to log out, go to an iCan page and log in again, that way SSO will get you to agree to iCan's T&Cs and you'll be able to post

It probably worked fine for me because I've used iCan in the past.

Probably! I was going to add something else along the lines of "who do you think you are? You have no authority over hootooers!" but decided for the subtle approach, just in case
