So, went to the gym for the very first time today. A bloke with a (get this!) BAD BACK showed me and my two side-kicks around and showed us how to use the machines (smile and nod girls, smile and nod).It took an hour but was so worth it just to see a couple of teenage lads knocking themselves out, trying to achieve that couveted six-pack.
On the whole a much more boring and less scary experience than I had imagined.
