I've been offline for a week because of my awful ISP! Some clues:

There's a game called British (this)
It's what John Bull looks like.
A short legged dog with jowls and a fierce expression.

They've been dreadful and unfortunately I'm tied into an agreement until June. I'm thinking of cancelling anyway and letting them sue me. I am also thinking of reporting them to the Office of Fair Trading. Their terms and conditions said that I couldn't use another internet provider as a back-up.

Actually, to be fair, some of the people I dealt with were obviously quite nice, but couldn't do anything to help me.

Thank goodness I'm now back online.

Yes, I got your Christmas card. It was lovely. I've been all over the place this Christmas and New Year - not at all together. I found a lovely card to send you and then couldn't find an address for you. I'm juggling plates again and some appear to be at the wobbling and threatening to fall off stage and I've had a few sleepless nights just recently. No doubt it'll all work out fine in the end.

At the moment it is only HooToo that is keeping me sane.
