Ah - ha,
Just the place I've been looking for.
I have been credited with a contribution to A498675. I'm not convinced that my worthless submission even appears in the final article and I should certainly not be allowed any credit for its compilation.
Would you be so kind as to remedy this unwarranted inclusion and avoid my having to slash my wrists in shame.
