Don't wish to be pedantic but it is "Bara Brith" meaning 'Speckled Bread'!
Best eaten with a butter spread on it!

Huw, you are being pedantic but point taken I missed the space! and if you read the last bit it says 'best served with butter or margarine spread on it', I put margarine as some people can't eat butter!!!
