I live near the thunderbird chef's restaurant and so this has been covered in the local press. The cynic in me can't help but wonder if the sudden ten fold increase in cases is linked to the fact that in the local paper Heston was quoted as saying all those who complained of sickness would be invited back as guests once he reopened...

It's more than suspicious that the number of 'victims' has risen since the news broke :-S It does seem to be one hell of a story though - the poor guy must be worried sick

Not sure if it is open again yet, and still no obvious cause. I'm starting to feel really sorry for him and his staff.
Still, might actually be able to get a table if anyone fancies giving a try when it does reopen!

I would love to try it. But I'm not sure the other half would agree with me. She thinks Blumenthal is a Grade A nutter.
