Actually, Bossel, I think this is exactly the kind of entry you *shouldn't* submit to Peer Review. I think it's okay to submit someone else's entry:

- if they're around to participate in the discussion, and perhaps just a bit shy about taking the plunge themselves.

-or if they've definitely gone from h2g2, so that there's no problem about someone else taking over the entry.

But in this case, Nora wasn't definitely gone, she had said she'd away over the summer, and she'd been a very keen contributor when she was around.

I would have liked to have discussed this entry with Nora, but I certainly would not have been happy suggesting any changes without her approval, until I was absolutely positive she wasn't coming back.

I'll happily congratulate Nora when I know that she had completely finished the entry before you submitted it to Peer Review.

Just to let you all know that I have left a message for Sam and Ashley, asking them to hold the entry for in-house editing, so that Nora can still have a chance to decide whether she is happy with the version that was put into Peer Review.

Checking back where Nora had asked for comments on the Living Earth society page, I notice that Woodpigeon had said he would have more comments when Nora put it into Peer Review, and I am sure she would have asked him. So there's someone else who's probably disappointed that we were deprived of the opportunity of discussing this with the author...

Looking through the thread, I can see that there was probably a bit of a culture clash at fault - I was thinking of the college terms starting some time in October, and didn't expect anyone to pick it just yet. I probably should have presented my views more strongly at the start, but then I think a lot of speculation about why someone isn't here can be uncomfortably intrusive, and I assumed that people would hold off a bit longer.

, Bossel! I think that your Scouting Enterprises are doing a great job in general, this is just the single exception where impatience got the better of people.
