Do to staying in bed for 3 days, it hasn't got as bad as before. The valium arrived this evening, so this should be a weeks long one, as opposed to months. The answer is to stop struggling straight away, keeping going only makes things worse.

I do know the feeling you are going through. My GP now prescribes 100mg Dihydrocodeine to me in bottles of 100 for my knees. No bloody good whatsoever, but I supopose the next step up is a morphine derivative.
Don't fight it girl, just ride with it and we shall send what energy we can at our ritual tonight.

Dear Kaz, I hope you're back on your feet and feeling better really soon. Back pain is horrible; I can only imagine how agonizing it must be for you to keep you laid up for weeks, even months. I'm sending healing energy your way and hoping that the pain subsides very quickly.

its getting a lot better.
I think I will take it easy for a week or two, and maybe try a small walk in the next day or two.
I am so glad its not too bad, the previous occasions were very miserable.
