I saw that squirrel programme, it was fantastic!
Even Andrew sat through it!
This week at various times there's also a repeat of a fabulous hours-worth or dolphins, on the Nat Geographic channel. "Twenty Years with dolphins" - they're the spotted variety, and they were testing the humans for intelligence.

Speaking of odd pigments, I saw black and white jackdaw the other day. And no, it wasn't a magpie, before anyone makes any smart-arse comments! It was the darnedest thing. I haven't seen it since, though I've been keeping an eye out for it.
