Thanks for the offer, but I've recently came into possession of some machinery from the channel tunnel, as you may or may not have noticed.
I'll take you up on the headstone offer tho, some nice Indian temple carvings please. I guess the easy terms mean I can pay it up over 10 years inter-est free?
Suppose I'd better get to work on the old epitaph.
How does, "Wum's snuffed it, what a waist" grab you?
*settles down to await his fate like an honourable member of The Bots Guards should*

Settles down? Looks more like you've got the s to me.
Go ahead... post that link on your page. Make my day!

Dead as a log
Drank too much rum
Died in the bog"

Here lies Wum, in lots of little bits,
Gave away a bear and got on 'sus's....

Can we change the subject?
"Mitts", Pegasus, a nice pair of warm mitts. I think I would have noticed on Submission if you had nits. Have you found my false teeth in your hair yet?
Well, one picture of the surrogate Tink and Peregrin turned out OK. I guess that makes me, "new improved dead"?

Nice 'toon.
'Here lies Wumbie
Bereft of Bear
Why oh why
Did he leave it there?'
or
'Wumbeevil.
He tried to run,
But couldn't hide'
Wumbeevil, now with new improved deathwish.

In case I don't make it through the day, I've posted a pic of the cause of my death

That was your teeth I found?
Morning P. You're in early today (or is it just me who's logged on early).

Settled back into work. Kind of assumes I was settled in the first place.
Getting in for 8am isn't particularly nice but there you go.
This weekend Will probably be offline as I've a friend coming down to visit.

A weekend in London then! I'm sure it will be more fun off-line than on.
*rubs tired eyes* All this fresh air and exhilirating rides had fair tuckered me out. Nothing to do with staring at a monitor... oh no.

Yeah. It's how I feel...
There are some things I need to do down here and a few things I wouldn't mind seeing (one is a photo exhib that looks interesting)

Ooh... that sounds interesting. A particular photographer, or a themed exhibition? Really must get started on my pics for this term. We're supposed to get this module done by Xmas, as it took us a whole year to do the first one! No certainty as to whether the course will run again next year, so have to make the most of the time we've got.
Seriously considering taking on several pre-Xmas jobs. What with my course and other commitments, that would leave no time for surfing or much else, but when needs must...
Oh yes... and I've got a long mail to respond to from my friend who went to Italy for the summer and met Sting, and another person to try and contact. Just remembered I was intending on going to Southampton for the start of the Volvo RTW race, which I think is in November, so I had better start making some plans for that. Must get a decent telephoto lens, or borrow one.
*sigh* So much to do, so much more I want to do, so little time or money. Must go and check that lottery ticket...

It's an exib by Nadav Kander at the Shine Gallery. Landscapes, urban views and scenics but mostly shot at night. I read a review in metro a few weeks back and it sounded interesting.
If you want to photo the Volo race, they're currently heading towards the Cape Verde islands, around 23-24N
I know that feeling about time and money

Don't tell me I got my dates in a twist? Oh well... there'll be another one along in four years time... *sob*

Could do with lots of both
We have a link to the Volvo race website from the company as we're sponsoring two of the boats.
