Item - it is 3.40 am and I'm awake
Item - My living room smells of cow (i do not eat cow and the smell makes me feel sort of ill)
Item - Sitting tin the cow smelly living room is preferable to lying in bed.
Item - I feel quite ill, so much so that I can't sleep.
Item - I hate my digestive system, it's faulty, can I have a new one please?!
Item - It's bloody freeing, despite my nice warm pyjamas and my fleecy onesie type thing I'm cold.
Item - I might be first to post journal number 8.

Fo Ti, alternating day by day with ginseng (both are very mild, except the first time with ginseng); or 'cayenne pepper' (careful, very hot, the base of the capsicin in Ben Gay ointment for sore muscles, used sparingly can also soothe a delicate stomach), alternating with cocoa powder (to taste, in a pure vegan mode, have alterative effects comparable to fo ti and ginseng). Sometimes one can find whole cocoa beans in the health food stores. Somewhat bitter, but otherwise with a texture somewhat like peanuts.
