Also known as 'freefall abseiling', I decided to write this after coming back from doing some freefall rappelling in a church (long story, don't ask!).
I think it should compliment other entries on climbing already in the Guide.
Please go have a look!

Hello!
I have just had a look at your entry, and it is very good, even to a person who wouldn't go near the activity, ever.
Just a couple of comments off the bat:
1) If it is also known as 'freefall abseiling' put this in brackets in the title, as to be honest I had no clue what this entry was until I visited it, not even vaguely.
2) Also with the step by step, explain in a special section or footnote for each possible danger what the worst case outcome would be. e.g. gently slide down WARNING: If rate is too rapid flibbert will happen., of course replaceing "flibbert" with the real consequence.

Completed all the suggestions/changes. It's a bit long now, but so much stuff can go wrong.
See what you think.

Brilliant.
It doesn't matter that it is long if it covers everything. Now all you have to do is wait for a scout, which shouldn't be long.

p.s. don't worry too much about mentioning the worst case scenario, it is important as it helps people get a feel for the safety balance of the situation.

Thanks for the compliment!
Glad someone thinks it's good. I don't think we'll have to wait to long for a Scout somehow...

Congratulations!
