Further to my comments on sci-fi societies cited in this article, I quote from the Glasgow University Students Representative Council Handbook 2000:
"We are the University of Glasgow Science Fiction and Fantasy Society. We are people you were warned against associating with.....We have official meetings every week where we muck about with bubblewrap, clingfilm, spacehoppers and waterguns."
You have been warned.

Be nice. I think I've found one I like.
Okay, so I haven't been to a meeting yet. And they had a Tardus up by their tent on Clubs day.
But hey, I'm the kinda person who asked if they had plans for it. The evils of my parents must have seeed into my brain ... yargh!
