OMG, this is /really/ out of date: Wim Kok has not been a prime-minister since.. well the last century (ok, you did mention that it was the situation in 2001)...
The lowest point is actually below sealevel and should IMHO be mentioned as minus 7)

I think the original author of the text would be the most logical person to do that. Actually I don't think it is wise to include changing information (like who's the queen/king, who's president, etc.) in pieces of information like this. It is ok to mention the constitutional form etc. but no names.
