Yes, he certainly is! As for Niles, forget Daphne Moon, I'm right here and I've a better English accent....

Maybe its me, but Niles seems to be making a habit of stealing the show from frasier.

Hello- just wondering, could you possibly make this any more difficult to read? All very interesting (he was indeed born in Saratoga Springs, NOT Albany), but very detering because of its "CHUNK" form

I never really understood 'the fan(atic)' or why these unfortunate individuals were labelled so severely but looking at this I begin to see. How did you manage to wade through all that trivia? How could you find any of it interesting? I mean, sure, he is cute. Yes he does rather steal the show from his somewhat bombastic on-screen brother but does he really deserve to be subjected to that spiel?

Well, personally I don't really remember any of it, and furthermore, when one likes someone else, one is more willing to listen to lots of claptrap about him. Moreover, even if one doesn't want to listen to claptrap, it is nice to get in touch with others who share your tastes in actors, because they my share your tastes in other things as well.

Well 33972 (could you change this? It is personal but sooo uninformative), I think I can take some of your point. It is a way of finding a cornerstone of a relationship although I have to confess that a common interest in actors is not what I would call a very strong one. Actors are representational, to be a good actor they must be inconsistent, it is the nature of their profession, what attracts one consumer may repel another yet they could both genuinely profess an interest in the same actor. I don't think however that either love or money would ever compel me to overdose on claptrap......

I changed my nickname; is it better now? A common interest in actors may never lead to a strong relationship, that is true. And I will also concede your point that what one finds interesting in an actor, someone else may find repulsive, even if that person likes the actor. However, I don't think that either one of these points takes away from the joy that one may find in discussing an actor's work with someone else who is familiar with it. And you may be surprised by the amount of claptrap you do in fact listen to every day; I know that once I actually listened to information I was being told by some people, I realized how utterly useless and boring it was. Real importance is very difficult to find. It is easier and more gratifying to look for things that are entertaining.

Much, thank you 33. Importance is a very subjective concept but when it comes to personal interaction I suppose it is almost impossible to be objective. Thankfully like you noticed the human brain tends to act as an incredibly efficient filter, you take in everything but your conscious self is only fed what is relevant... I don't like me in philo mode it makes me conceited. I have to say that I rarely need to look for entertainment, when you have the character of an eternal optimist and enjoy even arguing it is hard not to be amused.

Sporky, I think you mean "spiel". It's a German word.

He said in an interview that he loved getting perfect lines and that that happened all the time with niles. And yes he is gorgeous even for a thirteenyear old like me! Sick or what!
