Decided another trip to Windsor was in order to fish the Thames . The weather forcast was for mild and dry conditions and I was confident of some success . This time I decided to fish above the wier and after a little plumbing around found a deeper channel about 3/4 of the way accross . I placed 2 large swimfeeders on this line filled with vitalin and boilies . Within half an hour I had a chub of around 3 lb then later another 2 of about the same size . The swim then went completely dead and I didn't catch anymore fish for the remainder of the trip . This only goes to reinforce my pet theory that perfect conditions are usually cr*p .
