Welcome to my site 
Um, it's called the Marquee tag. It's a GuideML command that you can use when making entries. I'll have a scrabble about to find a good link for you.

By the way, in guideml and for smileys, you have to type <smiley type="earth"> for to show up. Click on any smiley to take you to the smiley help page to tell you what each smiley is called.
