One of the funniest things about Americans is the way that they cannot pronounce 'Worcestershire', they only attempt to do so in the context of the lovely sauce/marinade, which is quite popular.
They do try: I've heard 'Woi-sess-terr-sheye-urr', 'Worschtrrshrr', 'Woirsertshur', 'Wursterershirr', and others. America, it isn't too tough to do, try saying 'Wuss-tur-shurr', or if you want the authentic anglo-pronounciation, try 'Woostuh-shuh'. Three syllables, easy.
