Greetings!
Through some creative detective work I have to assume it was you who left me a message on my website asking with which program I made the image map on my website... The answer seems to be: with a program called Mapedit (judging by it being the only image map creating program on my computer - I wouldn't remember, having made it ages ago... 
)
