I am a bit hazy on the details, admittedly; but I still reckon a "yay me!" is in order. Couldn't help me fill in the blanks, could you (that is, if you haven't unsubscribed to this conversation)?

Well it's been a while since I've wondered to these parts, and I'd actually forgotten which episode that Giles thing came from myself, but I googled it and got a great page of Giles-isms and now I remember!

Giles: We're having a party, tonight
Xander: Looks like Mr. Caution Man, but the sound he makes is strange
Giles: Buffy's surprise party will go ahead as we planned, except I won't be wearing a little hat

Buffy:What happened to Xander?
Giles:He kept poking me with his hook. I sent him over to charmed objects. With any luck, he'll poke the wrong one and end up in an alternative dimension inhabited by a 50-foot Giles that squishes annoying, teeny pirates.

Xander:I'm just saying, I think it's rude.
Willow:I wouldn't call it rude.
Xander:Rude-ish, rude-esque, whatever you want to call it. When a person makes a "destroy all vampires" date, it's simple courtesy to wait for you co-destroyers. Am I right, Giles?
Giles:I'm almost certain you're not, but to be fair, I wasn't listening.

I have to take this opportunity to congratulate all members of 'Darkstar' - you guys rocked HARD!

Ah, sweet Buffy, how I miss it. It hasn't been on Beeb Two for four weeks! And this week they didn't even have a good excuse for it!! It makes me so mad!!! The number of exclaimation marks I am using is getting rediculous!!!!



Thanks for the Giles-isms, it all comes flooding back. Remeber when Xander got split into his good and bad sides? "He's a bad influence on himself?" Classic stuff. It's always the Giles-Xander chemistry, have you noticed that?

God I really do miss Buffy, don't I? It's... quite sad, really.
