A Conversation for Giuseppe Verdi

This is a long entry, which I've been working on for a while:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A568343
I think Verdi deserves an entry in the edited Guide for two reasons:
This year is the 100th anniversary of his death, so that there have been loads of Verdi performances and concerts all over the world.
And the guide at the moment is rather heavily weighted with German opera composers - Wagner, Richard Strauss, Handel, Mozart, Beethoven, with one lonely entry on Rossini to represent Italian opera. So this is an attempt to restore some balance!

As writer of three of the five entries on Germans you mention above, I feel I have to comment. It seems that your Verdi article is longer than all mine put together!
The article appears to be perfect, except for a missing cedille on the c of Francois. But this can be difficult to do and may not be worth the trouble. People with browsers other than Internet Explorer can have problems with strange non-ASCII symbols.

All I would've said was about the Vittorio Emannuelle Rex d'Italia (yes I know I got that all wrong) except you've already put that in.
I haven't read it in depth yet...but a nice entry!

Wow!
Sorry I can't be more helpful, but I didn't want to get all silly. This is a great entry. Pity I can't pick again for three weeks.

I've read this properly all the way through and all I can say is that it is excellent!
(I think I may have found some small typo somewhere but I think that was in another entry)

An absolutely excellent Entry. To fit in with h2g2 house style, it'll probably have '- Composer' added to the title, and the double quotation marks in the 'Prison Years' section will be changed to single ones. But those are the only imperfections I can find! Great work!
