h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Ugh...entirely too busy lately. And when I'm not busy I'm so tired from being busy all the time that all I do is lay on the couch and stare at the wall. Plus the depression is creeping back up on me...like I knew it would. April 16th will mark a year since my Grandfather died. I just finally got out of the depression/grief cycle over his death in late February and now I'm going back into it because that black anniversary is coming. Ugh...it sucks when depression and other mental illnesses run in your family.

In other news, I've done about 10 loans in the past 2 weeks which is pretty cool. It's nice to get more practice...I sometimes feel like I don't do them enough to really get trained well on them. I've only been doing this since October after all. I work at a slow branch, I keep having to remind myself, so of course training is slow going. I can't help it though...I'm the type of person who wants to stay busy all the time when I'm at work. I hate sitting here doing nothing (though it is currently affording me time to write in my hootoo journal and perhaps to work on my Gaia entry some more). Yeah, I know, I complain when I'm busy and I complain when I'm not busy. I don't know...it's not so much that I'm complaining when I'm busy...it's just I'm tired of being so whipped by the time I get off work you know? I've had a good week and a half of nothing but busy days and it's beginning to really take a toll on me. I actually went to bed at 8:30 last night. How pathetic is that?

Ugh, it's not even close to cig break time. Oh well...time to go back to work I guess. Just had another member needing a loan walk into my office. Yay for being busy!
