The tragedy of the loss of Douglas Adams finally spurred me to see if his legacy was being suitably recognised on the web...and what do I find but the Earth Edition of the most useful book in the universe.
I'm overjoyed.
There are no words to describe the impact that H2G2 had on my young, formative life (except perhaps, "distorting", "invigorating", "underpinning") and I still sprinkle my conversation with quotes from his various works that seem to have deeper philosophical meaning only to me. But that's its whole value--providing meaning to the terminally lost.
Don't Panic! Keep banging the rocks together, guys.
:o)
