h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I have lived in Madison for nearly seven years now, so I have the sense of being both an insider and outsider to the city. This entry, which is my own, is a good-natured overview of Madison and the city mindset, notably its capitol and the college campus of the city. I believe that it is comprehensive enough, yet not too vague, that it could very well go through the editing process succesfully.

I don't know anything about the town myself, so I don't have anything to add. I find it interesting and informative. It definitely belongs in the Guide.
