what happened? did you forget your password? your username?
Mind you, you have 2 usernames...
the one is your bbc username http://www.bbc.co.uk/cgi-perl/mybbc/mybbc
and bbc password, and you have your Resercher name. that's another thing.
tell me more so I can understand what seems 2 be the problem.
