OK, some final things about Rhodes...
Toilets: You don't flush the paper down. Their plumbing can't take it. Throw it in the garbage.
Good Internet café's: Jocker, Ialysos. 500 dmx for half an hour.
Net Club, Ialysos. 1200 dmx/h if you're not a member. 1000 dmx/h if you are.
Good restaurant: Cactus, Ialysos. Good: stifado, souvlaki, pepper steak, schnitzel, Greek salad.
Bad restaurants: Stefanos, (Somewhere along the East Coast). Bad: meat balls (straight from a can, or so it appears).
Le Gourmet, Ialysos. Bad: Very posh restaurant with high prices and long waiting hours. Not for hitch-hiker's.
Good hotel: Elizabeth Hotel, Ixia. Good hotel with a large pool, lots of sport activities, a bar, elevators and a small shop.
Houses: Almost no houses are complete. This is so you don't have to pay money for having a house on your land. An incomplete house isn't a house.
