No, you're not going to make poet of the year - but that doesn't mean you shouldn't keep trying, as long as you're prepared to read what you want to write BEFORE you put it on the web...!

Look, hypo, when you mass produce poems as I did the night I wrote this, your rhyming ability gets a bit skewed. You start to aim for the funny rather than the poetic, and by this point rhyhming 'Kate' and 'mate' seems like a fantastic idea.
Believe me. You should read some of them, they're even worse!

'Mass-producing' poems? An interesting idea, I think, but not how I'd choose to spend my own time...! I spend my own time doing much more constructive things like referring my problems to the I Ching to see if I can solve them...
I think I have just revealed myself to be devoid of credibility in judging others...!
