If the lump is in the carpet, don't flatten it, Tweetie Pie is AWOL.
If the lump is in the vinyl, forget it it will just translocate.
If the lump is in the throat - its all too much.
Sorry to lump all this together, but it has to be got out of the system some how.

I don't expect her to go with a natural birth. She's really too old for a first time mother, and the baby is far too big..

My wife had four by 'C' section in her first marriage and I also have four which were natural for my ex. Both methods take it out of you, but with such a big fella I doubt there is much choice.
